The A329 2CH brings more improvements to the awesome and popular A229 PRO 2CH model:

Updates include:

• industry's first 4K camera to record at 60fps for ultra-smooth and crisp visuals and a rear 2K camera.
• Supports up to a 4TB SSD/PSSD/Flash Disk* - you can opt to record either to the microSD (max storage 512GB) or an external SSD (Viofo cable required - you can add this to your camera in our options). 
• Back up your data to either your SSD or microSD
• Wi-Fi 6 Technology - boosts the operation speeds enhancing video previewing, downloading and sharing
• Upgraded USB 3.0 Port - you can connect your Smart Phone via a USB 3.0 data cable for ultra fast downloads. 
• Supports HDMI 4K Video Out - use a HDMI cable to transmit uncompressed video to electronic devices (HDMI cable not included, a micro HDMI to HDMI required)

• Tagged recordings: All recordings tagged with your GPS location, time and speed which can be visualized on VIOFO App’s map.
• Protected recordings: G-sensor detection automatically locks and protects event files (e.g. impact, spinning, sudden acceleration and deceleration) from overwriting.
• Free VIOFO App: download footage (ultra fast 5GHz), adjust settings or even show Police your footage at the scene.
• Includes a front Circular Polarizing Lens - saving you $26, the lens is a filter that reduces reflections and glare off glass and road surfaces. Optional rear lens available.
• 4 ways to control your camera - use voice-controlled prompts (e.g. start/stop recording etc), VIOFO App, or view footage or adjust settings using the inbuilt 2.4” screen buttons on the camera and then there is always good old fashioned buttons on the camera.
• Built-in Wi-Fi (2.4GHz & ultra fast 5GHz & WiFi 6) allows you to connect to the camera to change settings, playback and download videos to your mobile device (within a 10 metre range around the car). Please note this is note this is not a connection to the 'internet'
• Motion Detection Parking Surveillance – the camera keeps recording when you are away from your vehicle, option to adjust sensitivity and settings to tailor to your parking environment and your needs (hardwire installation required).
• 2.4” inbuilt screen: not distracting as it goes black when not in use, view footage, adjust settings, do a quick check of your cameras view.
• Power: 3 options – via cigarette lighter (new style with additional Type C port for another device & indicator light) , USB-C (a rare feature) or HK4 hardwire kit.  
• Coaxial rear cable: 2.8mm slim cable, less susceptible to electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. 
• Includes a Polarizing CPL filter, eliminates glare, helps get rid of unwanted light reflections (saving you $26)
• Warranty: 1-year manufacturer warranty (register with Viofo for to add 6 months to 18 months) or free extended from 1 year to 2-year warranty when purchased and installed by DriverCam.

Installation

• You can provide power to your dashcam by either the cigarette lighter, USB-C port or your car battery using the hardwire kit. 
• For parking mode to be enabled this requires the hardwiring of the HK4 cable, select this from the drop options down above. 
• DriverCam offer a  mobile dash cam installation service available in the Auckland region.
