The Viofo A119 MINI 2 is the latest upgrade to the recently released A119 MINI. This dashcam now has the brand new Sony Starvis 2 Image Sensor, and also has built in voice control, allowing the user to lock videos, start and stop recording, and turn WiFi on and off to name a few commands.

This 2K front dashcam comes with built in WiFi, voice notifications, GPS logger, option for parking mode (with hardwire install), the ultimate budget friendly front dashcam.

Please note a rear camera cannot be added to this dashcam.

Memory Card, your dashcam doesn't include a memory card, the performance of the camera can be impacted by the quality and size of the card, select from our recommended range of cards, we'd recommend a 128GB or larger card due to the dashcam's 2K quality recordings.

Installation

You can either opt to supply power to the dashcam via the included car charger that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter or you can hardwire into your car's fuse panel using the Viofo hardwire cable kit (HK4).

Very happy with the product and service

Very happy with the product and service. No annoying incorrect alerts like the MiVue. Sound comes on when powered up and again when recording starts, that’s it till power down sound, amazing. Very resemble prices for a hardwire kit compared to Navman prices. Can WiFi to app on phone. Downside is VIOFO only recommends 2 micro SD cards on their site. Buy the correct one from the word go. Also on this mini the screen turns off not long after it starts recording, which is fantastic, no distractions. Got the CPL lens filter as well, from what I read it’s all great. All my dashcams in future will be the VIOFO brand purchased from Driver Cam, David and Rochelle have the best deal in NZ and are very quick at dispatching orders using in my opinion the best courier service available in NZ which is NZ Post. From Auckland to Timaru next day. Can’t beat that. 100% recommend

So good I bought a couple more...

This is really just an addendum to my first review in which I stated that this was the best dash cam I have owned so far given the features, quality, reliability and price point.

Just wanted to add that due to those qualities, I was that impressed that I bought a couple more and will be purchasing at least another one for my parents car because it's also so simple to operate that even they can operate it.
