Our delivery partner is NZPost Courier.
We deliver using tracked courier to North Island, South Island and Rural addresses. We do not offer click & collect.
When your order has been processed by our team you will be sent a separate email with your tracking details so you can keep tabs on your parcel.
To get your parcel to you quickly DriverCam opts for NZPost overnight next business day service however, NZPost warns to expect delays of up to 3 days and further for remote or rural addresses.
Your signature will be required unless you have a pre-existing ATO (authority to leave) at your address. We are not liable for parcels that are stolen from ATO addresses or where a person(s) have fraudulently represented themselves as the recipient. Please choose a safe delivery address for NZ Post to deliver to.
Please understand that you accept when making your purchase that DriverCam can't control the delivery of your parcel once it is handed over to the courier and can't be held liable for any delay and inconvenience caused by the courier failing to deliver when expected.
Any claim you may have for a delivery error by the Courier is to made to NZ Post.

We will continue to dispatch parcels until 2pm on 22nd December 2023 before our team takes a short break to celebrate the festive season with their families.
Please be aware that NZPost have advised that all parcels sent from 19th December onwards are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
AFTER CHRISTMAS .....
Our team will be dispatching throughout the holiday break however, it is expected that deliveries by NZ Post will be slower than expected due to volume backlog and from their closure during the public holidays.
Orders received between 2.01pm 22nd December - 11:59pm 26th December will be dispatched on 27th December 2023.
Orders received Wednesday 27th December - 11:59pm Thursday 28th December 2023 will be dispatched no later than 9am Friday 29th December. Due to public holiday closures the next NZPost delivery day is 3rd January onwards
IN JANUARY .....
Orders received from 12am Friday 29th December - 11:59pm Tuesday 2nd January 2024 will be dispatched on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
Then normal next business day dispatch resumes from Thursday 4 January 2024 - see below.

Orders received** by 4pm are dispatched on the next working day, orders after this time are the following working day.
You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and a link to track your parcel.
** Orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank account.

Damaged in Transit
