Our delivery partner is NZPost Courier.

We deliver using tracked courier to North Island, South Island and Rural addresses. We do not offer click & collect. 

When your order has been processed by our team you will be sent a separate email with your tracking details so you can keep tabs on your parcel. 

To get your parcel to you quickly DriverCam opts for NZPost overnight next business day service however, NZPost warns to expect delays of up to 3 days and further for remote or rural addresses. 

 

Your signature will be required unless you have a pre-existing ATO (authority to leave) at your address. We are not liable for parcels that are stolen from ATO addresses or where a person(s) have fraudulently represented themselves as the recipient. Please choose a safe delivery address for NZ Post to deliver to. 

Please understand that you accept when making your purchase that DriverCam can't control the delivery of your parcel once it is handed over to the courier and can't be held liable for any delay and inconvenience caused by the courier failing to deliver when expected. 

Any claim you may have for a delivery error by the Courier is to be made to NZ Post. 

 ****** Christmas Delivery Update from NZ Post ******

NZ Post have advised that to target delivery before Christmas Day parcels must be received into their network by no later than 4:59pm Friday 20th December.

Our cut off for orders to be dispatched and received prior to Christmas is 9am Friday 20th December. 

Orders received after 9am Friday 20th December will be dispatched on Monday 23rd December, this is our last dispatch day for 2024.

Please understand NZ Post will not guarantee delivery prior to Christmas for parcels sent on Monday 23rd December. 

During the holiday period NZ Post will delivery on their next delivery day (that is not a public holiday or weekend) being either : Friday 27th December, Monday 30th December, Tuesday 31st December 2024 and Friday 3rd January 2025. 

You will be sent tracking details so you can keep tabs on your parcel or redirect it if you happen to be away. Please be aware that once your order is handed over to NZ Post the day of delivery is out of our control.

The DriverCam team will be taking a well earned break over Christmas/New Year orders placed after 9am Monday 23rd December 2024 will be dispatched on 6th January 2025.

Dispatch

Orders received** by 4pm are dispatched on the next working day, orders after this time are the following working day.

You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and a link to track your parcel. 

** Orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank account.

Please carefully fill in your delivery information to avoid delays. Let us know during checkout in the comment box if you have any special delivery instructions. 

Damaged in Transit

If your goods arrive damaged, get lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately sales@drivercam.co.nz and we will assist to resolve the issue.
