Released in 2025 the NEW B-130A Ultra Battery is the successor to the B-130X Battery.

B-130A Ultra Battery recharges when driving and powers your dashcam when ignition is off. Its sleek compact enclosure houses a large-capacity battery (12.8V / 7,500mAh / 96Wh).
Fast-Charging: Power Magic Ultra Battery reaches a full charge in 50 minutes when hardwired (90 minutes if connected to the cigarette lighter socket).
Long-lasting: Parking Mode can last approximately 30 hours with a single-channel setup and 15 hours with the dual-channel camera setup.
5V USB (2A max): with its USB power output, you can charge any accessory, such as a phone or a Wi-Fi hotspot to keep your Cloud dashcam connected while in Parking Mode.
Connected: check the battery’s status wirelessly with the free BlackVue App. When charging, the app displays charge percentage, charging voltage and expected remaining time until full charge. When vehicle ignition is off, the app shows the remaining Parking Mode time based on the dashcam’s power consumption.
Fuel Gauge IC via the BlackVue App: the fuel gauge integrated circuit keeps track of electric currents—charge and discharge—over time, to give you the most accurate battery information.
Safe cell technology: B130-A is built with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cell technology to ensure maximum stability in extreme temperatures. This way, you never have to worry about leaving it in your car on sunny or cold days.

Why invest in a backup battery for parking mode?
Even though a typical car battery has a much higher capacity than Battery Packs, it is not designed for routine deep discharge cycles while the car is parked hence its performance may deteriorate and life is shortened prematurely over time. The BlackVue B-130A Battery works by charging a high-quality lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery while your car is running, and when it's turned off, the charged battery is then used to provide continuous power to your dash cam without the need to draw any power from your car battery. This process is very effective in reducing the risk of battery discharge, low voltage electrical warnings and flat car batteries.
