With a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 1/1.8" 8MP image sensor, the A119M Pro captures scenes with less noise and motion blur, significantly improving video and picture quality even at high speeds.

1. Auto Event Detection

Supported by a buffered function, once moving objects are detected, the camera will automatically start recording and will save the footage from 15 seconds before and 30 seconds after the event.

2. Low Bitrate Recording

Record a video at lower bitrate saving storage and power. 

3. Time Lapse Recording

Record a video without audio at optional frame rates of 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 / 10 fps saving storage and power. Deploying an all-new super night vision feature, scenes are now clearer than ever in low light.

^ requires VIOFO hardwire kit and hardwire installation method, length of parking mode recording is dependent on the power available from the power source, for long stretches of parking recording and certainty we'd recommend including a DT-8000 dedicated dashcam battery pack. 

Vehicle Battery Protection

The dash cam offers two methods to prevent battery drain in parking mode.

Preset Time or Voltage - The camera automatically stops parking recording based on preset recording duration or voltage cutoff.

Hardwire Kit Low Voltage Protection - The hardwire kit will automatically cut off power supply when it detects a low voltage.

Currently there is an option of either using the HK4 or HK6 hardwire kit. The HK6 is the new hardwire kit technology from Viofo and will unlock any future improvements they could make to this model - specifically parking mode. For this reason we would recommend using the HK6. 

Loop Recording & Auto Emergency Lock 

A119M Pro supports seamless loop recording, automatically overwriting the oldest videos with the newest ones. With the built-in G-sensor, the dash cam will automatically lock the footage in case of collision or crash, replaying the accident scene for investigation.

Smart Voice Control & Notification - Ready to take action

VIOFO keeps you focused on driving with the 1.5" screen automatically entering a standby 'black out' mode to keep you focused on driving and voice control. The camera allows you to tag footage, take photos, and turn on/off Wi-Fi with simple spoken commands in multiple languages. It can also clearly notify you of settings changes or memory card errors.

Skip the hassle. Connect directly to your phone with a USB 2.0 Type-C to Type-C data cable for effortless, high-speed file transfers (up to 20 MB/s on iPhone 16). It’s the easiest way to download footage and update your dashcam firmware.

Note: Please use a USB 2.0 Type-C to Type-C data cable and ensure your phone can provide a 5V 2A output. USB 2.0 data transfer requires a compatible device.

Accurate GPS Tracking - An extra layer of safety on the road

The built-in GPS module supports four global navigation satellite systems—GPS, BeiDou, Galileo, and GLONASS—providing detailed location, speed, and time data of the vehicle when playing back video on the VIOFO App or VIOFO PC player.

Circular Polarizing Lens (CPL) - Effectively reducing the impact of glare & reflections 

A CPL (Circular Polarizing Lens) filter is used to reduce reflections and glare off glass and road surfaces, bringing improved image clarity and contrast.

A complimentary front camera CPL is included saving you $26.

VIOFO Storage Capacity

Dash cams require a memory card that can withstand heavy writing cycles. A high-endurance card, designed especially for heavy use and write-intensive applications, is extremely critical for dash cam recording. Cheap cards are the main cause of most unexplainable recording issues, have poor performance in non-stop writing endurance, and are less likely to withstand harsh conditions. VIOFO industrial high endurance microSD cards, optimized for dash cam recording, give greater assurances around compatibility and long-life durability, greatly elevating your dashcam owner experience.

We stock the full range from 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, 512GB high performance U3, A2, V30 memory cards writing up to 90 MB/s and reading at 100MB/s letting your dashcam shoot with ease and transfer with ease. 

We'd recommend getting the largest card your budget will allow as less frequent overwrites improve the cards longevity. It is also beneficial to have the option of 'hindsight' by storing more hours of footage in case you want to look back at footage that isn't locked, for example, when the Police ask for footage.

Bluetooth Remote Control (Optional)

The Bluetooth remote control can be positioned in a convenient location for safe and easy use while driving. Pressing the middle button will instantly protect current video clip and image. The two buttons on the side can be customized to set different functions.

You can provide power to your dashcam by either the cigarette lighter, USB-C port or your car battery using the hardwire kit. 

For parking mode to be enabled this requires either the hardwiring of the camera to your 12V accessory battery using the HK6 hardwire kit or using a dashcam battery pack (select this from the drop options down above).
