About
This GPS mounting bracket is used not only to mount your Viofo dash cam to your vehicle's windscreen but also to add the location, speed and time data to the recorded videos.
This mounting bracket may be used for any of the following:- In your secondary or other cars for sharing one dash cam between multiple vehicles (you may also consider purchasing extra power or hardwire cables in this case).
- Replace a non-GPS mount to enable your Viofo dash cam to record your speed and position as well as synchronize the time/date automatically via GPS signal.
- Replacement for a missing or faulty mount.
The Dashcam Viewer software will allow you to see the position and speed data during playback.
