COVID-19 Update

To our DriverCam customers,

We hope you're all keeping well and in good spirits through these uncertain times. Here's some info about how we'll be operating in relation to COVID-19.

As a small family team working from a home office, our online store activities and customer support continue as usual. Please feel free to call, email or message us at all Alert Levels. We also want to assure you that we stick to strict personal hygiene and health & safety measures set by the Ministry of Health.

We’re fully vaccinated. 

Shopping & Shipping

We accept online orders at all Alert Levels. Our online store is open 24/7.

We promise that there are no delays in processing and dispatching online orders at Alert Level 3 and below. However, delivery delays are possible due to high demand. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order.

Our courier partners practice contactless delivery and override any signature requirements. With ATL (Authority To Leave) authority, the courier will leave the parcel according to your instructions or where they think is safe. Please make sure that you collect your parcel as soon as possible.

Contactless Click and Collect from our home office in Browns Bay, Auckland is available at Alert Level 3 and below.


We'll resume our Auckland-wide dash cam installation service once Auckland moves to Alert Level 3 Step 2 (10 November 2021). Please enquire for more details and to be put on the waiting list. 

DriverCam staff observes strict hygiene rules as they installing your dash cam:
  • Washing hands;
  • Wearing face masks and gloves;
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces of your car;
  • Contactless payments;
  • Social distancing; and 
  • Displaying NZ Covid Tracing QR code poster.
